Starting August 7th, LNS Fitness will be starting a 4 Week Speed and Agility Program for all ages aimed to improve footwork, coordination, speed, balance, and power. All sports athletes are highly recommended to try this program, performance upgrades have been seen in as few as two weeks in! Athletes will be working with a Speed and Agility Specialist and Professional Sports Performance Trainer, Javan Williams. Lady Sports athletes are recommended and welcome as well. We will cut times off those 40 yard dashes, and teach how to stop on a dime and make turns with precision. Best place to learn that speed kills!
Starting August 3rd, LNS Fitness will be holding a Prostyle Strength and Conditioning Program for young athletes. They will get hands-on experience of what a professional strength program is and how to work as an individual and team to accomplish performance goals. The program is ran by our Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Javan Williams, and will be ran Mondays/Wednesdays evenings, and Saturday mornings for a total of 7 sessions.
Saturday we will be hiking Pena Adobe trail with a little twist. There will be a 30 minute workout that takes place before the trail is conquered by us. Great for fitness beginners and hiking enthusiast. Come start your weekend off the right way and become a Leader.
