LNS BOOT CAMP

12 Stations, 12 Participants, 1 Good TIme. This boot camp is great for for people of all levels of fitness. From beginner to athlete, stations are modified to suit all challengers! Start the first day of weekend of right with the LNS Boot Camp.
LNS HIKEOUTS!
1ST AND LAST Saturdays
The HIKEOUT! (Hike+ Workout) We meet at local hike sites announced by trainer, proceed for a 30 min workout before we hike to the top of the mountain. Suitable for a ages and fitness levels.
Train Your Team

Hire one of our LNS Trainers to come train your team for a day. Our trainers are willing to invite your team to one of our facilites for a fitness workout OR bring the workout to you! Strength, speed, agility, & power will be targeted to enhance at our session. All sports, all ages ranges accepted.

Baseball Coaches! You want to hire a professional to run a practice for a day? Time to get in contact with our trainer. Starts with taking the team through thorough warm up and throw routine, next leading to a pro style practice.
Sports Specific Training (SST)
Our SST program is ran at the Best Speed Baseball Facility in Sacramento on Tuesdays and Thursdays. SST is a chance for athletes to work on their speed, agiity, and strength + conditioning in a competitive atmosphere. Great way to get ready for a season and stay strong throughout.
