LNS FIT Trainer
Williams' is a business owner and personal trainer with a past career in professional baseball. Drafted back in 2010, he has spent 5 seasons playing baseball professionally for organizations such as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Toronto Blue Jays, and even a season abroad in Australia. Every off-season he has taught the importance of preparation, physical fitness and hard work to the athletes while back in his hometown of Fairfield, California.
Throughout his career, Williams has learned a lot about the game of baseball and it's correlation to the Health & Fitness Industry, which lead him to create LNS Fitness/Sport Specific Personal (SSP) Training. With a passion eager to excel in, Williams jumped at the chance to learn more about health and well being, promptly getting certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine as a CPT. Amidst his playing days, he made a decision to return to school, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from the University of Sacramento State.
He now dedicates his time helping individuals achieve their fitness and sports goals and is most proud about being able to positively effect change in others with a career and business he is passionate about.
