It is the First Saturday of May and we are going to Rockville Regional Park in Fairfield for another addition to out LNS Hikeouts. Taking the workout outdoors for a chance to escape the city life and enjoy some nature. We will me at Rockville Park 8:30am, workout will start 8:45am and proceed to hike promptly after.
